Community Chamber Concerts
Community Outreach at the BSO
An important component of the
Boston Symphony Orchestra's mission is to encourage music education
and strengthen ties with our surrounding communities. In support of
this, the Boston Symphony Orchestra performs Community Chamber
Concerts for thousands of children and adults throughout New
England each year.
Chamber concerts are followed by a
casual reception where audience members and musicians can meet to
talk about music, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and much more.
This season we are proud to present eight free Community Chamber
Concerts performed on Sundays at 3pm at various sites.
Boston Symphony Orchestra Community
Chamber Concerts introduce the magic of the Boston Symphony concert
experience to people in the Greater Boston area and provide an
opportunity for families to spend quality time
together.
Admission is free, but you must
reserve tickets no later than two weeks prior to the
concert.
