Join the Rush Ticket line the day of a performance for one of the best bargains around. A limited number of Rush tickets for Boston Symphony Orchestra concerts on Tuesday,Thursday, and Friday evenings and Friday afternoons are set aside to be sold on the day of the performance.
Rush Tickets cost $9, are limited to one per customer, and must be paid for with cash only.

In consideration of our patrons and artists, children aged four or younger will not be admitted to Boston Symphony Orchestra events.
For the comfort of our artists and your fellow patrons, late seating takes place during the first pause in the program.
Parking Passes
Please note that parking passes are no longer included with the purchase of Box Seats. Ticket prices were decreased this season to reflect this change. If you wish to obtain reserved parking, you may consider contacting our Development Office at 617-638-9267 to explore Tanglewood membership which includes parking and additional benefits at certain membership levels.
Groups of 25 or more receive discounted tickets to most Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops concerts. Other Group benefits include special event planning, personalized service and flexible payment plans. For more details, call the Group Sales office at 617-638-9345 or 800-933-4255.
Open Rehearsals are open to the public and are offered at a discounted price from the actual performance ticket prices. Tickets to Open Rehearsals are priced for general admittance and seating is on a "first come, first served" basis. Patrons should be aware that these performances are working rehearsals in which the conductor may stop the orchestra to rehearse specific passages of the music that the conductor considers to require more refinement. Although the entire program will be performed during a rehearsal, patrons should anticipate that stoppages may occur.
All patrons concerned about weather who are attending a performance at Symphony Hall are instructed to call the BSO Snow line at 617-638-9495 for updated concert information. The snow line is updated more frequently during the day/evening if there is a pending or occurring storm.
We very rarely cancel a concert due to snow/bad weather. If a concert is canceled, we will update the message for patrons on the snow line. We also will notify the television and radio stations of any cancellation if it were to occur. We ask patrons to check back with the snow line frequently for concert updates during bad weather.
Patrons are instructed to call the snow line to learn if there are any accommodations being made for those unable or unwilling to attend a concert as a result of inclement weather.
The Symphony Shop, located in the Cohen Wing on Huntington Avenue, is open during the BSO and Pops season, Thursdays and Saturday 3-6pm. On days there is an evening concert, the Shop will be open through intermission. A satellite shop, located on the first-balcony level outside the Cabot-Cahners Room, is open only during concerts. Merchandise can also be purchase online.
Symphony Hall is fully accessible through the Cohen Wing on Huntington Avenue and through he Box Office on Massachusetts Avenue. An Access Services Center is located at the Cohen Wing. Large Print programs, accessible restrooms, and elevators are available at both entrances. We are happy to accommodate any special seating needs. Seating for our patrons who use wheelchairs is available with ten days' advance notice. Please call the Access Services line at 617-638-9383 or TDD/TTY 617-638-9289.
