Tanglewood 75th Anniversary Gala

Tanglewood 75 Gala
To celebrate Tanglewood's 75th Anniversary, the centerpiece of the season will be the Tanglewood 75th Anniversary Gala, which will combine a celebratory dinner with a concert experience fashioned as an elevated Tanglewood on Parade-style program showcasing all elements of the Tanglewood Festival.

The gala will begin at the Hawthorne Tent with a pre-concert cocktail reception and gala dinner. Guests will move from the dinner to the gala concert were The Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops, Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, and Tanglewood Festival Chorus will all appear, along with conductors John Williams, Keith Lockhart, and Andris Nelsons; soloists Yo-Yo Ma, Emanuel Ax, Peter Serkin, James Taylor, and Anne-Sophie Mutter. The program is listed below. Following the performance, our gold and silver benefactors will enjoy a private reception with our guest artists.
