An All-Russian Program James Levine and the BSO present Opening Night of the 2008-09 subscription season, performing an all- Russian program. The engaging young Latvian soprano Maija Kovalevska sings Tatyana's Letter Scene from Eugene Onegin. The colorful overture to Glinka's Ruslan and Ludmila opens the program,and Mussorgsky's alternately majestic and mysterious masterpiece ends the concert.
