The 6th annual Tanglewood Wine and Food Classic kicks off with the Gala Wine Auction Dinner on Thursday, August 7 at Seranak. This magnificent summer gala event combines an elegant multi-course meal with the dramatic beauty of Seranak and the auction raises important funds for Tanglewood.

Enjoy an evening of wine delights and gastronomic treasures served on the sylvan grounds of Tanglewood’s Seranak, the former residence of conductor Serge Koussevitzky and site of one of the Berkshires’ most commanding views. This year’s gourmet dinner will be a collaboration between Damian Sansonetti of Bar Boulud in Manhattan and Lenox favorite Jeff Thompson of Wheatleigh. Accompanying this stunning cuisine, the Classic is proud to present the award-winning wines of Pride Mountain Vineyards, stellar selections from high-elevation vineyards overlooking both Sonoma and Napa Valleys, hosted by Stuart Bryan and Sally Johnson. Upon arrival, guests will be offered a choice of Pride Mountain Chardonnay or a specialty drink by St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur.
Then bid on some amazing and one-of-kind items like rare vintage wines and vacation getaways. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Boston Symphony Orchestra Youth and Family Programs. An evening not to be missed.
