More About Cheever Hill Brunch
On Cheever Hill Farm in Richmond, weekend warriors will conclude their visit with an exquisite brunch prepared using the organic harvest of Elyse Etling’s wonderful garden on the farm. Food will be prepared by Ketchup to Caviar Catering with the able assistance of the Tanglewood Wine & Food Classic’s ace culinary team, led by Henry Talberth. Surrounded by elder flowers and caressed by gentle breezes, diners will savor a leisurely brunch in a superb setting. Accompanying the cuisine will be a choice of beverages including Moët & Chandon White Star, bloody Mary’s made with Berkshire Mountain Distillers vodka, and the exciting elderflower liqueur cocktails of St-Germain.
Diners will be ferried to and from Tanglewood by jitney, and we urge them to cap the afternoon off by attending the 2:30 pm performance in the Koussevitzky Music Shed at Tanglewood: an all-Mozart program with André Previn conducting, and featuring Elizabeth Rowe, flutist, Gil Shaham, violinist, and Andrea Rost, soprano.
