Boston Pops to tribute Senator Edward M. Kennedy during the Sunday, August 30, 2009 performance with James Taylor. The Pops will perform Elegy for cello and orchestra, composed by John Williams, during the first half of the performance.

Two Tanglewood favorites reunite in concert for the season finale.

One Man Band will be shown two times in the Tanglewood Theatre after the Sunday, August 30 performance. One Man Band tells the story of Taylor's songs through exclusive interviews and rare multi-media footage, including home movies and photographs from Taylor's personal archives. The result is an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind portrait of an artist, his renowned repertoire and the personal stories behind the songs.

Gates will open at 12:00pm.
