2007 Boston Pops Holiday Tour featuring Cantus
The Boston Pops and conductor Keith Lockhart launched their ever-popular Holiday Tour through the Northeast, Midwest, and South, on December 7, 2007, and concluded it on December 16, 2007.
Ring in the holiday season with Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops. The moment the lights dim, prepare for an evening of magical Christmas songs old and new, including Leroy Anderson’s “A Christmas Festival,” “Sleigh Ride,” “Frosty All the Way,” and “The Christmas Song.” Cantus, one of America’s finest male vocal ensembles, joins the good-will and cheer singing selections such as “O Holy Night,” “’Twas the Night Before Christmas,” and Vaughan Williams’ beautiful “Fantasia on Christmas Carols.” The show concludes with a special visit from Jolly Ole’ St. Nick and a time-honored sing along featuring “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!” and “Jingle Bells.” Don’t miss this holiday must-see event!
