Augusta Read Thomas, Festival Director Five days of contemporary music performed by TMC Fellows, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and guest artists. The 2009 Festival will highlight vocal and solo piano music, the work of young and emerging composers, and four world premieres. Additionally, the programming of this year’s Festival reflects a remarkable variety of nationalities and styles. Programs are subject to change. FCM Tickets
Friends of Tanglewood at $75 level receive one free admission and Friends at $150 or higher receive two free admissions to all Festival of Contemporary Music performances (excluding the BSO concert on August 9th) by presenting their membership cards at the Bernstein Gate one hour before concert time.
