APPLICATION CONFIRMATION
After successful submission of the online application, you will receive an email confirmation within one hour, which will include your "online confirmation code." If you do not receive this email please call the TMC office at 617-638-9230 or email tmc@bso.org. Please enable your email account to receive emails from "@bso.org" email addresses. Due to the high volume of email we send, our correspondence may otherwise be delivered to your bulk mail folder.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment by Credit Card: Applicants are strongly encouraged to use a credit card to pay the application fee. Once you complete your application, you will be given a link that you can click on to pay for your TMC Application Fee online. We encourage you to make your payment immediately after submitting your application. If you do not make your payment immediately after submitting your application, please refer to your email confirmation to access the same link at which you can place your credit card payment. Applications received and paid by credit card will be complete and processed on the next business day after we receive confirmation that your credit card has been successfully debited.

NOTE: If you experience a problem while attempting to pay for your fee via credit card, please email the TMC at tmc@bso.org and the TMC will contact you via email, detailing how you can complete your payment.

Payment by Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer: Applicants may select the option to send their fee payment separately from the online application, however your application will NOT be complete and will not be processed until payment is received in our office. We cannot schedule or hold audition times until the application fee has been received. After submitting the online application with this payment option selected, send your payment to: TMC, 301 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, MA 02115, USA. On your check or money order, you must include your online confirmation code, your name as entered on the application form, and a contact telephone number. This will help us quickly match payment with your application. Checks and money orders must be drawn on US banks in US funds and made payable to the Tanglewood Music Center. We will send a second confirmation email once your payment is received in our office, and begin processing of your application, including scheduling a live audition if applicable. Please contact the TMC office for wire transfer instructions.

REGARDING LIVE AUDITIONS
If you are applying for a program that does not include a taped audition round, we will contact you by email to schedule your audition after receiving your completed application (form and payment). Vocal applicants and Piano - Vocal Concentration applicants advancing to the live audition round will be notified by October 25th, and receive audition times by October 28th. Auditions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications completed early will have first choice of audition date and time. Many cities have high demand and fill to capacity before the application deadline. Applying by the deadline does not guarantee an audition.
