Tanglewood Facilities Manager
Manage all aspects of new construction projects, facilities maintenance, asset preservation, public safety, security, day-to-day and event operations at Tanglewood and other BSO Berkshire-based properties. Forecast, justify and manage Tanglewood facilities capital and operating budgets. Manage full-time, part-time and seasonal facilities staff in maintenance, logistical, traffic, public safety, security, parking and other facilities and event operations. Develop and manage effective risk mitigation, workplace safety and code compliance programs. Maintain collaborative working relationships with BSO staff in the coordination of activities to establish and promote an exceptional Tanglewood operating culture. Serve as assistant BSO liaison to the Berkshires on Tanglewood facilities matters. Manage all contracted services. Perform project management services for construction projects as assigned. Perform other duties as directed.
