Important Information about 2019 Tanglewood Advance Ticket Ordering
In recognition of your generous support, we are pleased to offer you the advance opportunity to order tickets for the 2019 Tanglewood season. In the coming weeks, you will receive a letter and/or an email that details your exclusive access period for purchasing advance tickets to 2019 Tanglewood concerts.


Ordering Tickets Online
If you would like to purchase tickets online, you will need to log in to your account using the email address that the BSO has on file for your account. The mailing and/or email you receive from the BSO will include, if applicable, an email address we have on file for your account. We recommend that you visit www.tanglewood.org prior to your exclusive access period to login and ensure your account is set up correctly for online ticketing.


Logging In to Your Account
In order to verify your account is set up to purchase advance tickets, you will need to log in to your account by clicking "Login" under "My Account." You will be prompted to enter your email and account password. Please note that the email account you use to log on must match the on-file email address in order to secure advance ticketing.

If the email address we have on file is correct but you do not have password for your account, you can reset your password by doing the following:

  1. Under the "My Account" log in page, click "Forgot Password."
  2. Enter your on-file email address and click "Find By Email."
  3. The website will send you an email with a link to a web page--click this link.
  4. Reset your password using the stated criteria (note that the new password will not be accepted until all criteria has been met.)
  5. Please note that the emailed link is time-sensitive. If the link is no longer active, follow the above steps to have the email resent.

If the email address we have on file is either incorrect, no longer active, or does not exist (denoted in your letter and/or email with an "N/A"), please contact BSO Customer Service to reconcile your account. Please have your account information, including Patron ID available when placing this request.

You may reconcile your account in one of the following ways:

  1. Online: Click on the button below to submit your account information, Patron ID and email address. We will make every attempt to reconcile your account as quickly as possible, however please allow two (2) business days to process your request.

  2. Phone: Please call 888-266-1200 or 617-266-1200, Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM and Saturday 12:30PM-4:30PM.
  3. Email: Please email customerservice@bso.org. We will make every attempt to reconcile your account as quickly as possible, however please allow up to two (2) business days for us to process your request.

Verifying Your Account
Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to verify that your account is set up to purchase advance Tanglewood tickets using the "My Promotions" tab.
The below banner is used to indicate that your account is successfully set up to purchase advance tickets, beginning on the advance ordering date specified in your letter and/or email.


If your Tanglewood Membership and advance ticketing access has expired, you will see the following banner:

Click on this banner or visit tanglewood.org/contribute to renew your membership and reinstate your advance ticketing privileges.
For online renewals, please allow two (2) business days for updates to be reflected on the "My Promotions" page.
If you do not see either image, your account is not set up for advance ticketing access. Please follow the steps above to reconcile your account.

Purchasing Tickets During Your Exclusive Access Period

Your advance access period to purchase Tanglewood tickets will begin at 10am EST on the access date stated in your letter and/or email. At 10am on that date, log in to your account and look for the below banner on the "My Promotions" page:

Clicking on this banner will redirect you to the 2019 Tanglewood Online Advance Order Form, where you may add individual performances to your cart.
Please note: logging in before 10am and refreshing the web page will not allow advance ticketing. If you do not see this banner during your exclusive access period, please log out of your account and log back in.
