Tanglewood for Kids - Week 1

Welcome to Tanglewood for Kids!

Each Sunday afternoon, we invite kids and their families to enjoy the sights and sounds of Tanglewood from the comfort of home. To make the experience even more fun, we’ve included activities, crafts, recipes and videos – all created just for you! – that you can explore while you’re listening to the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

This week, you can learn more about composers Aaron Copland, George Gershwin and Duke Ellington through games and reading; make your own rhythm shaker so that you can play along with the music; color a scene from the Tanglewood grounds; and make cookies that look like a piano, created by our friends at Creative Gourmet!
