Tanglewood Grounds Visit

Welcome to Tanglewood!

As we prepare for visitors to come to the Tanglewood campus this fall, we’ve made updates based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies. These measures are designed to promote:

  • Cleanliness
  • Physical distancing
  • Reduced contact

It may be different from the last time you visited since we will not be offering live performances and have certain protocols in place, but we are so happy to share our beloved grounds with you. Visiting the grounds requires advanced registration. Visiting hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-4pm starting October 3rd through October 25th.

Visitors will be asked to self-park in the Tanglewood West lot off of West Street. There are handicap accessible spaces available. Once you arrive on campus, Box Office staff will be on duty at the main gate to confirm registrations, after which visitors will be able to enter to stroll the Tanglewood grounds and sit on blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the many iconic vistas available from the grounds.

We have put together a detailed list of Frequently Asked Questions for you to help prepare for your visit with us.

In efforts to maintain health and safety from COVID-19, we ask that you read this liability waiver and agree to its terms.
