Accessible Parking

Tanglewood has reserve access parking available on campus on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons who have a current government-issued parking permit or placecard are advised to prominently display the permit and park at the designated disabled parking areas within the Tanglewood grounds. Please alert a parking attendant or traffic officer upon arrival that accessible parking is needed. If all reserve access parking spaces are filled, patrons with disabled parking needs will be directed to general parking lots at a location most proximate to the grounds at the time of arrival. Patrons with access parking needs are encouraged to arrive early for events for the best possible parking accommodations. If wheelchair transport or escort assistance is required from the parking lot to the concert hall, please alert a parking attendant. For more information, please call the Accessibility Services Line at 617-638-9431.

When driving to Tanglewood, if you are using the Ozawa Hall Gate on Hawthorne Street, in respect for our neighbors, please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, and the speed limit is 30 mph. Likewise, on West Street close to Lenox Town Center, the speed limit is 35 mph, and 40 mph heading towards Tanglewood. We would appreciate it if you would refrain from using your car horn as well, particularly post-concert.
