Travel back to 1973, when Eubie Blake, legendary pianist, lyricist, and composer of ragtime, jazz, and popular music, joins Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops at Symphony Hall. Hear him perform some of his most famous works, including “Charleston Rag” and a medley from Shuffle Along, one of the first Broadway musicals to be written and directed by Black artists.
