Book an Event at Tanglewood

Tanglewood has been the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra since 1937. Comprising more than 400 acres of landscaped grounds, formal gardens, and rolling meadows in the towns of Lenox and Stockbridge, Tanglewood was once the country estate of Boston banker William Aspinwall Tappan. The Property, including the Main House which is still in use today, was given to the Boston Symphony Orchestra by Tappan’s daughter, Mary, and her niece Mrs. Gorham Brooks. Although Tanglewood welcomes more than 300,000 visitors each year, its beauty and tranquility remain unchanged.

"Tanglewood sparkled in every way. A year ago, Ellen and I rode our bikes into the Linde Center lot, viewed the grounds on a perfect spring day, and prayed for a repeat on May 31st, 2025. We did not get that wish but a greater power delivered so much more. The Linde Center and Highwood Club were great and the staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating. Erin did a wonderful job keeping things flowing and Boston Gourmet did a top-notch job. Last, the cart crew was amazing on a day they were really needed. Our guests raved about the venue."
