If you have misplaced or never received your tickets, please contact Ticketing & Customer Service prior to the performance. If it is less than 24 hours before the event/performance, you can come to the Box Office at Tanglewood in person. Please have your order confirmation email ready when you arrive at the Box Office.
To access your mobile tickets, please go to tickets.tanglewood.org and log in using your bso.org or tanglewood.org credentials. A few hours before gates open, a QR code will become visible on your tickets. This QR code is to be displayed on your mobile device and scanned by a member of our staff at the gate upon entry. This dynamic QR code will refresh every 30 seconds, so a screenshot of the QR code will not scan. If you have poor cellular connection, we have free public wi-fi available at all entrances.
