Tanglewood Group Sales

• Groups of 20 or more receive discounted tickets to most concerts and save up to $6.50 per ticket on handling fees.
• Order early and lock in your rates as prices are subject to change.

• Complete the form below, or contact the Group Sales Office at groupsales@bso.org or 617-638-9345 to reserve your seats. Please note that a group is 20 people or more for Tanglewood concerts.
• A 10% deposit is due six weeks prior to your concert date, with full payment due four weeks prior. No deposit is required at the time of reservation if the order is placed more than six weeks in advance of your concert.
• Once the final payment is made, the tickets will be mailed directly to you or held at the Box Office for pickup.

Groups of 20 or more save up to $6.50 per ticket on handling fees and receive the following discounts off regular ticket prices:

• 10% off: standard-priced concerts
• 5% off: special and premium-priced concerts
