TLI Open Workshops: John Ferrillo, oboe

An ongoing collaboration between the Tanglewood Learning Institute and the Tanglewood Music Center, TLI Open Workshops “pull back the curtain” on the extraordinary work that takes place each summer when the absolute finest young musicians — selected through a rigorous application and audition process — journey to Lenox for what often represents the final milestone in their development before a professional life in music.

Each week, scheduled classes from one of the TMC’s areas of study are opened to the public, offering a firsthand look at the results of pairing these exceptional musicians with our world-renowned faculty.
