TLI Presents: Heart Still Beating—Brianna Tam with Company E

Brianna Tam, cello Company E

Heart Still Beating is a collaboration between cellist, composer, and performer Brianna Tam and contemporary dance troupe Company E. Based in Washington, D.C., Company E is dedicated to cultural diplomacy and has performed in more than 40 countries over the decades. This immersive 60-minute show revolves entirely around Tam’s original compositions (which she performs live) and was created for the stage by six different choreographers from the U.S., Ukraine, Spain, and Sweden, all asking the question, “Are our hearts still beating?”
