Boston Pops to Perform The Goonies in Concert at Tanglewood (Aug. 29)

Tanglewood, the famed music and learning campus and summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, is pleased to announce additional programs and updates to its 2025 summer season (June 20–Sept. 5):
- The Goonies in Concert performed live to picture by the Boston Pops in the Koussevitzky Music Shed (Aug. 29, 8 p.m.)
- Tasting Notes: The Tanglewood Wine & Food Festival, curated by Dare Bottleshop & Provisions with offerings from the Berkshires' best wineries and restaurants (Aug. 16, 12 to 4 p.m.)
- Berkshire Day, offering free tickets for Berkshire residents to the BSO’s Sunday matinee concert in the Shed, which features conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen and violinist Pekka Kuusisto (July 13, 2:30 p.m.)
- Weekly TLI-Audubon Tours through the Tanglewood grounds (Wednesdays, July 2 through Aug. 20, 10 a.m.)
- A performance by BSO musicians and an instrument playground at Mill Town Foundation’s second annual Common Ground Festival, this year to be held at Bosquet Mountain in Pittsfield (Aug. 23, 3 to 7 p.m.)
