2024 Tanglewood Season Donor Information
- Need to contact the Friends Office? You can:
- Call the Friends of Tanglewood at 617-638-9267 to speak to a staff member.
- Email us at friendsoftanglewood@bso.org.
- Through June 16, phones and email lines are operated Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
- From June 17 through August 31, phone and email lines are operated Monday-Friday 9AM-6:30PM, Saturdays from 12PM-6:30PM, and Sundays 12:00PM-2:30PM.
- The Friends of Tanglewood line will be open until 6:30PM on Sunday, June 30, for Brandi Carlile.
- Friends of Tanglewood staff members will be available to answer questions, explain the benefits of your membership, and help you get the most from your Tanglewood experience.
IMPORTANT – To meet the high demand for last-minute tickets and will call, and better serve both our Friends and patrons, the Friends Window has been converted into an additional Box Office window. This additional Box Office window will not be able to handle Friends matters this summer. If you need assistance with your donor benefits, including your season parking pass, please call or email the Friends of Tanglewood directly.
