How do I order my tickets online?
To purchase tickets online, you will need to log in to your account using the email address that the BSO has on file. The email you receive from the BSO will include, if applicable, the email address we have on file for your account. We recommend that you visit tanglewood.org prior to your exclusive access period to log in and ensure your account is set up correctly for online ticketing.

How do I log in to my account?
There are a few ways to log in to your BSO account. You can use the login buttons on this page, or visit tanglewood.org and choose “Account,” then "Login" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your email and account password. Please note that the email account you use to log in must match the on-file email address in order to secure advance ticketing. Your BSO login email address on file will be included in an email about your advance ticketing access.

I am logged into my account on the morning of my exclusive access period, why can't I see the "Buy Tickets" option?
Logging in before 10am and refreshing the webpage will not allow for advance ticketing. Please log in at 10am or later.

How do I create or reset my account password?

• If you need to create or reset your account, please visit the Password Recovery page.
• Enter your on-file email address and choose Send Password.
• You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your Junk folder.

If I upgrade my membership level, can I order my tickets even sooner?
Yes, and thank you for considering increasing your support. Please contact the Friends of Tanglewood to learn more about what option may work best for you by emailing friendsoftanglewood@bso.org or calling 617-638-9276.

Will there be any fees with my ticket purchase?
In recognition of your generous support you will be able to purchase tickets for the Tanglewood season with no service fees through March 17. Please note that a service fee of $9 per ticket will apply starting March 18.

• Your advance access period to purchase Tanglewood tickets begins at 10am EST on the access date stated in your postal mail and/or email. At 10am on that date, log in to your account and then navigate to the Tanglewood season listing. Choose "Buy Tickets" on your choice of performance to select your preferred seat section and add tickets to your shopping cart.
• Logging in before 10am and refreshing the webpage will not allow for advance ticketing. Please log in at 10am or later.
• If you experience issues ordering tickets online, please call Ticketing and Customer Service at 888-266-1200 or 617-266-1200. Ticketing and Customer Service is open Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm and Saturday from 12:30-4:30pm.
• If the email address we have on file is incorrect, no longer active, or does not exist, please contact Ticketing and Customer Service to reconcile your account by emailing customerservice@bso.org.
