Symphony Hall

Symphony Hall, Boston, MA

This season, Evgeny Kissin takes center stage with his first Symphony Hall solo recital since 2014. The event promises power, staggering technical prowess, and sublime music-making. The program features Bach’s Chromatic Fantasia and Fugue, Mozart’s Sonata No. 9 in D Major, and Debussy’s Estampes. The second half is devoted to late-Romantic composer Sergei Rachmaninoff, including selections from his Preludes and the complete Études-Tableaux.
