Go Behind The Scenes!
Free Tour of Symphony Hall
Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of America's premier concert hall. Experienced members of the Boston Symphony Association of Volunteers unfold the history and traditions of the Boston Symphony Orchestra-its musicians, conductors, and supporters as well as offer information about the Hall.
Tours begin at the Massachusetts Avenue lobby entrance. Free walk-up tours are available on select weekdays at 4:00pm and some Saturdays; please see the pull-down menu below for exact days and times, and to RSVP. Tours last approximately one hour.
- Minimum group participation of 10 and a maximum of 100 people including chaperones.

- Tours are generally offered every day of the week, schedule permitting from the start of the Boston Symphony Orchestra season in late September/early October through the end of the Boston Pops spring season in June. Generally, we are not able to begin a tour before 9 AM or start a tour after 7 PM.
