How to Purchase Tickets

There are several ways to purchase tickets for BSO performances at Symphony Hall: by phone, online, in person, and by mail.

  1. By Phone
    Your tickets are just moments away when you order using SymphonyCharge at 888-266-1200, 617-266-1200 for calls made in Boston, or 617-638-9289 (TDD/TTY). Phone orders are available Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm and Saturday, 12pm to 6pm. Phone orders are subject to $6.25 per ticket handling fee for all events.

  2. Online
    It's easy--and safe--to purchase tickets on www.bostonpops.org. With a credit card and just a few clicks, your ticket order will be complete. The online ticketing system is available 24 hours a day and uses a secure server. Tickets are not refundable. All sales are final. Orders are subject to a $6.25 per ticket handling fee.
  3. In Person

    The Symphony Hall Box Office is open from 10am until 6pm, Monday through Friday; 12noon to 6pm on Saturdays. On concert evenings, the Box office remains open through intermission.
  4. By Mail
    Mail a completed order form along with payment to the address below. All mail orders are subject to a service fee of $6.25 per order (not per ticket).
