- Gift certificates can be redeemed in person at: the Symphony Hall Box Office (for BSO and Pops tickets), the Tanglewood Box Office (for Tanglewood tickets), Subscription Office, Symphony Shop, or Symphony Café.
- Certificates may also be redeemed over the phone by calling SymphonyCharge at 617/888-266-1200 (BSO, Pops or Tanglewood tickets).
- Certificates can be used for online purchases.
- Please note that Gift certificates issued as of June 1, 2003 in the state of Massachusetts are valid for seven years.
- Certificates may also be purchased in any denomination at the Symphony Hall Box Office, or by calling SymphonyCharge at 617-266-1200. Gift Certificates purchased online may be bought in pre-set denominations.
