What I Hear
Session featuring composer Jorg Widmann
at NEC's Williams Hall
Boston Symphony Orchestra
For the second of this season's two "What I Hear" events, composer Jorg Widmann curates a program of chamber music in connection with the American premiere of his new work (co-commissioned by the orchestra) later that evening. New England Conservatory musicians and the composer perform selections from Widmann's works for solo clarinet and assorted chamber ensembles, plus works by Mendelssohn and Bach.
BSO Assistant Artistic Administrator Eric Valliere moderates a conversation with the composer.
Admission to this activity at NEC is free. To RSVP, reserve your free ticket online.
