Associate Manager of Customer Service

The Associate Manager of Customer Service will assist the Director of Patron Experience in keeping patron experience at the forefront of customer touchpoints throughout their journey with us. This role is vital to supporting initiatives and developing policies and procedures based on customer feedback to improve service across the organization. This position also includes managing the Visitors and Welcome Centers during the summers at Tanglewood. This is a critical management support role for Patron Experience for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops Orchestra, Tanglewood, Tanglewood Learning Institute and other BSO brands.

Supervisor of Ticketing Services

The Supervisor of Ticketing Services will supervise the ticketing phone staff for single tickets and subscriptions on a daily basis keeping patron experience at the forefront of operations. This includes supervising full time and part time staff, working to align a team that promotes exceptional service to ensure a memorable patron experience. This is a critical management support role to the daily operatives of phone ticket sales for all performances at Symphony Hall and Tanglewood.

Ticketing Services Associate

This role of Ticketing Services Associate requires one to be part of a ticketing and customer service team that promotes exceptional service to ensure a memorable patron experience for patrons. In this position, the Ticketing Services Associate will be responsible for selling tickets to all performances taking place at Symphony Hall and Tanglewood. In addition, requires you to provide amazing service to patrons which includes helping to troubleshoot any problems or issues that need resolution. Senior Publicist

We have an opportunity available for a Senior Publicist to join our Press Office team. You will work with the Director of Public Relations with key aspects of the operation, including creating and maintaining relationships with press in the arts, lifestyle, and travel sectors; managing the office’s library of photo and video assets; working closely with the marketing team on social media efforts, writing and editing press materials; and pitching features, reviews, and interviews to online and local print outlets.

Donor Ticketing Associate

Associate Marketing Project Manager

Donor Acknowledgement & Research Coordinator

The successful candidate will support the varied goals of the Development Office as a member of the Development Information Systems and Development Research team. The position primarily focuses on accurate and timely tax receipt and donor acknowledgment correspondence to properly express gratitude for each donor's contributions to the BSO. The position also researches and assesses donor giving capacities.
