Assistant Director of Donor Relations
The Assistant Director of Donor Relations will help lead the strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of a donor-centric stewardship plan to assist the Development Department reach its financial and non-financial goals. Under the direction of the Director of Donor and Volunteer Engagement, this position will partner with all areas within Development to determine the best strategies for effective stewardship of donors through recognition, benefit fulfillment, engagement, gift acceptance and acknowledgement and reporting.
Donor Ticket Associate
The principal role of this position is to sell tickets to all concerts taking place at Symphony Hall and Tanglewood. In addition, this position will support the development office by assisting with the ticketing needs of our $3,000 and above donors. The ideal candidate must be competent in detail management, maintain composure while under pressure, use sound judgment, follow and understand a complex system of ticketing policies, and maintain excellent internal relationships with other BSO departments. The position reports directly to the Director of Ticketing and Customer Experience with dotted line to Assistant Manager of Donor Relations and Ticketing.

Facility Maintenance Mechanic

As a member of the House Crew, the Facility Maintenance Mechanic performs general maintenance and repairs to the building infrastructure and surrounding exterior, routine preventive maintenance of equipment, maintenance of interior furnishings and finishes, and operational support of events.

Assistant Manager of Choruses
The Boston Symphony Orchestra’s Assistant Manager of Choruses is a crucial member of the BSO’s Choral Team. Tanglewood Facilities Manager
Manage all aspects of new construction projects, facilities maintenance, asset preservation, public safety, security, day-to-day and event operations at Tanglewood and other BSO Berkshire-based properties. Forecast, justify and manage Tanglewood facilities capital and operating budgets. Manage full-time, part-time and seasonal facilities staff in maintenance, logistical, traffic, public safety, security, parking and other facilities and event operations. Develop and manage effective risk mitigation, workplace safety and code compliance programs. Maintain collaborative working relationships with BSO staff in the coordination of activities to establish and promote an exceptional Tanglewood operating culture. Serve as assistant BSO liaison to the Berkshires on Tanglewood facilities matters. Manage all contracted services. Perform project management services for construction projects as assigned. Perform other duties as directed.
