How do I order my tickets online?
To purchase tickets online, you will need to log in to your account using the email address that the BSO has on file. The email you receive will include, if applicable, the email address we have on file for your account. We recommend that you visit bostonpops.org prior to your exclusive access period to log in and ensure your account is set up correctly for online ticketing.
How do I log in to my account?
There are a few ways to log in to your BSO account. You can use the login buttons on this page, or visit bostonpops.org and choose “Account,” then "Login" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your email and account password. Please note that the email account you use to log in must match the on-file email address in order to secure advance ticketing. Your BSO login email address on file will be included in an email about your advance ticketing access.

I am logged into my account on the morning of my exclusive access period. Why can't I see the "Buy Tickets" option?
Logging in before 10am and refreshing the webpage will not allow for advance ticketing. Please log in at 10am or later.
How do I create or reset my account password?
- If you need to create or reset your account, please visit the Password Recovery page.
- Enter your on-file email address and choose Send Password.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your Junk folder.
If I upgrade my membership level, can I order my tickets even sooner?
Yes, and thank you for considering increasing your support. Please contact the Friends of the Boston Pops to learn more about what option may work best for you by emailing friendsofthepops@bso.org or calling 617-638-9276.
