Alison Larkin

Alison Larkin is a comedian, the bestselling author of The English American and the award-winning narrator of over 250 audiobooks, including The Complete Novels of Jane Austen and Alice in Wonderland. As an actress she has appeared on and off Broadway. 

The upcoming TV Special of her hit solo show Alison Larkin: Grief... A Comedy, directed by Scott Flloyd Lochmus (Barbra Streisand: Back to Brooklyn) was filmed in front of a live audience at Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington on June 12 and 13, 2026. 

The audiobook of her new novel-memoir, also called Grief... A Comedy, was a SOVAS award finalist for best audiobook narration by an author.  

Her many voices can be heard in cartoons, games and movies from Grand Theft Auto 5 to Fargo to The Wonderpets.  

She is absolutely delighted to be narrating Peter and the Wolf at the Linde Center.
