About

Born in Belarus, Anatoli Sivko studied at the Belarusian State Music Academy and was a member of the Dutch National Opera Studio from 2010–11. Anatoli is the recipient of highly acclaimed awards at the prestigious International Francisco Viñas singing competition (2015, first prize) the Neue Stimmen Competition (2016, first prize).

Recent highlights include house debuts at Wiener Staatsoper in Il barbiere di Siviglia and Don Giovanni, Royal Opera House Covent Garden as Masetto (Don Giovanni), Glyndebourne Touring Opera as Don Basilio (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Naples Opera, Florida, as Escamillo (Carmen), Bayerische Staatsoper for Un ballo in maschera, and concert performances with Kirill Petrenko and the Berliner Philharmoniker in Berlin and Baden-Baden.

Other previous highlights include Anatoli’s role debut as Leporello in Don Giovanni at Gran eatre del Liceu, his North American debut at L’Opéra de Montréal singing Il Re in Aida, performances with Bayerische Staatsoper in Un ballo in maschera, Turandot and Andrea Chénier, his Royal Opera House Covent Garden debut in Un ballo in maschera, Lucia di Lammermoor with the Israeli Opera, Zuniga in Carmen at Opernhaus Zürich, performing the title role of Attila with Estonian National Opera, Pique Dame at Netherlands Opera and Sparafucile in Rigoletto at Opéra de Rennes.
