Joe Cardona

Lieutenant Joe Cardona is a Naval officer, veteran long snapper for the New England Patriots, and two-time Super Bowl Champion. Joe was drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL draft after graduating from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He spent his rookie year in the NFL on active duty working full-time between Foxborough and Naval Station Newport in Rhode Island. In 2016, Joe was designated to the U.S. Naval Reserves. He currently serves as a Supply Department Head for Maritime Security Squadron 8, managing logistical requirements for over 650 sailors spread among 15 geographical locations across much of the eastern United States.
A recipient of the New England Patriots Ron Burton award, he was recognized for his charitable work in the New England community. He is steadfast in his support for military families and his fellow veterans.
