Leon Williams has enjoyed a varied and expansive career singing opera, concert, recitals, and Broadway throughout the U.S., Europe, Canada, Russia, Japan, and South America. Williams made his Boston Pops and Tanglewood debut as Jake in The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess under the baton of the late Maestro Bramwell Tovey and is thrilled to return to the Pops for this special concert version of Ragtime led by this powerhouse cast and Maestro Keith Lockhart. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Williams holds a master of music from the Juilliard School, a bachelor of music from Westminster Choir College, and graduated as Most Outstanding Member from the world-renowned Boys Choir of Harlem.
