Harrington is the recipient of the Drama Desk Award, Outer Critics Circle Award, American Theatre Wing Award, TCI Award for Technical Achievement, Obie Award for Sustained Excellence of Projections, Michael Merrit Award for collaboration, Ruth Morely Women in Design Award, USITT Education and Digital Technology Awards, and Lifetime Recognition from the Knights of Illumination. Harrington is the head of the projection design concentration at the Yale School of Drama.
