Come celebrate in style at the greatly anticipated event of the 2019 Tanglewood season, an Andris Nelsons-led BSO performance of the Verdi Requiem with soprano Kristine Opolais, mezzo-soprano Oksana Volkova, tenor Jonathan Tetelman, and bass-baritone Ryan Speedo Green, along with the Tanglewood Festival Chorus, James Burton, conductor. 

This special evening will begin with a festive pre-concert cocktail reception and gala dinner in the new Center for Music and Learning. Guests will move from the dinner to the gala concert, in the Koussevitzky Music Shed, for the highly anticipated performance of Verdi Requiem lead by Maestro Nelsons. Following the performance, gold and silver benefactors will enjoy a private reception with the guest artists.
