Klaus Florian Vogt is one of the outstanding Wagner tenors of our time. His repertoire includes all the major Wagnerian roles of Lohengrin, Tannhäuser, Parsifal, Stolzing, Siegmund, Siegfried, and Tristan, as well as roles such as Florestan and Paul. He is much in-demand as a guest at international opera houses and festivals, and he has sung at the Bayreuth Festival every year since 2007. He works with renowned orchestras and conductors such as Andris Nelsons, Christian Thielemann, and Simone Young. He has also made a name for himself as a concert and lieder singer. In 2019, he enjoyed great success with Schubert's Die schöne Müllerin in a chamber music version at the Elbphilharmonie. Vogt is a “Hamburger Kammersänger” and in 2025 he was named best singer at the Opera! Awards.
