Wellesley High School Keynote Singers

The Wellesley High School Choral Department consists of over 150 singers in five curricular choral ensembles and has earned a reputation as one of the largest, most versatile, and most prestigious choral programs in Massachusetts. The ensembles at Wellesley High School perform five major concerts each school year highlighting traditional choral repertoire, vocal jazz, and popular music. The WHS Choral Department consistently performs collaborative concerts with collegiate, community, and professional performing organizations. 2022-2023 highlights include performing with the UMass Chamber Choir, working with the professional a cappella group Accent, performing with the Grammy-winning New York Voices, performing at the MAJE Gold Medal Showcase at the Hatch Shell, and performing in Video Games Live with the Boston Pops at Symphony Hall. The Wellesley High School Choral department also includes a thriving a cappella program with four ensembles: Renegade A Cappella, A Cappella Anonymous, Ladies First, and Inchordination. These a cappella groups perform three sold-out concerts at Wellesley High School and are in demand for a cappella events in the greater Boston area.

The Keynote Singers represent some of the most advanced singers at Wellesley High School and in the state of Massachusetts and are thrilled to be performing with the Boston Pops Orchestra under the direction of Emmanuel Fratianni in the June 2023 performance of Video Games Live .
